Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission, program, set up graphics and communications links, and perform end-to-end testing on assigned projects.
  • •Troubleshoot, service, and repair products and equipment at customer locations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Document point-to-point verification, sequence of operations validation, and complete job close-out requirements.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand on-site installation/repair requirements, forecast issues, and synchronize work.
  • •Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and condition of company-issued and procured assets; work overtime and occasional overnight stays as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically at least 3-5 years of HVAC/controls experience.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •Previous experience with DDC controls systems is preferred.
  • •Technical school or formal training in HVAC/controls is preferred.
