Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic financial leadership to the brand executive team to maximize return on investments and minimize risk.
  • •Deliver operational financial leadership through insights and analytics to ensure optimal business results and financial return.
  • •Lead FP&A for operating plans, financial objectives, and key metrics across Forecast, Plan, and 3-year rolling Long-Range Planning.
  • •Own financial analytics supporting brand decisions including wholesale marketplace choices, new store openings, e-commerce, marketing investments, and other spend.
  • •Lead pricing and open-to-buy (inventory) processes and guide merchandising, merchandising go-to-market, and supply/demand planning to maximize business potential and financial impact.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; master’s degree preferred and CPA a plus.
  • •10+ years of experience with strong financial background across wholesale, retail/outlet, digital marketplaces, and owned e-commerce platforms.
  • •Demonstrated strategic problem-solving: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • •Strong interpersonal and cross-functional influence across countries and organizational levels.
  • •Advanced analytical and modeling skills with solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
