MEP Engineering Manager

Lead AECOM’s MEP engineering operations in Philadelphia by building and managing a high-performing local team across Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Fire Protection. You’ll oversee project delivery and quality reviews, develop strategy to grow staffing, and drive major pursuits and winning proposals. In a hybrid leadership role, you’ll supervise engineers and contribute directly as a technical leader while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and high-profile U.S. clients.
