Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas, setting priorities, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • •Define product standards and drive execution across multiple features or squads.
  • •Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear delivery and product quality.
  • •Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
  • •Convert regulatory, operational, and business constraints into product decisions; drive launch learning and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience leading digital product areas end-to-end, beyond individual features.
  • •Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes.
  • •Strong judgment on prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing under uncertainty.
  • •Experience leading or mentoring PMs/Product Owners and cross-functional squads is preferred.
  • •Comfort simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys.
