  • •Support residents with companionship to personal care across differing requirements
  • •Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes
  • •Communicate with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
  • •Complete induction and participate in ongoing training; DBS check as part of recruitment
