•Attract and identify exceptional clinical talent using high EQ/IQ judgment.
•Provide a best-in-class clinician experience throughout the hiring journey.
•Manage inbound and outbound clinician recruitment pipelines and build new recruitment channels using Ashby.
•Launch recruitment for new specialties by creating job descriptions, researching compensation, and developing interview plans.
