Own the Premium product portfolio across venues in Australia and New Zealand as part of Venue Nation, driving the rollout of the 2027 Premium strategy. Manage membership programs via Archtics, oversee reporting and performance metrics, and build ongoing relationships with Venue Managers and leadership. Maintain Premium website and channels, brief agencies and venue teams, and manage budgets for launches while staying hands-on in venues to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the rollout of the 2027 Premium strategy, including membership strategy across venues using Archtics.
•Oversee the Archtics platform and manage membership programs across relevant venues.
•Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with Venue Managers and leadership, supporting new and existing product rollouts.
•Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with metrics and progress to leadership and US reporting meetings.
•Maintain Premium website and channels, brief marketing agencies and venue teams, and develop a Premium content strategy.
