Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, supply chains) to deliver compliant construction projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips and forecast/update project milestones.
  • •Verify project governance processes and systems are utilized and ensure best practices are applied across projects.
  • •Produce and review project status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs; manage supplier interfaces via trackers and reviews.
  • •Provide technical support to owners and contractors, including rapid RFIs, cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.

Salary: USD 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
