Job Summary

Provide advanced field technical support for Honeywell Gas Detection customers within the Industrial Automation service team. Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues, perform root-cause analysis, replicate technical problems, and deliver timely, accurate service reports. Support internal and external customers, connect field service to technical support and engineering for advanced resolution, and help develop training materials and knowledge-sharing for the field organization.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree in Electronics/Engineering Technology/Instrumentation/HVAC/Fire Alarm Systems (or related) OR 1–2 years of equivalent hands-on field service experience OR military technical training with 1–2 years of field experience.
•1–2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, service tracking, and communication.
•Basic understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and field service operations.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
•Ability to apply customer/product support best practices in a field service, technical service, or industrial environment (2+ years valued).
