Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and perform outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Partner with internal business teams (e.g., Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) for referrals and help guide customers through loan and bankcard processes.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or combination of education and experience).
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to represent the bank professionally with verbal and written communication.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
