Maintain CarMax’s vehicle inventory accuracy by receiving and securing vehicles, preparing title packets, and performing lot maintenance and merchandising. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to keep display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming, and execute photo station processing for carmax.com listings.
•Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support while following EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.71 - 21.93 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
•Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.
•Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
