Senior Catering Server (QA)

Provide excellent service to restaurant guests by greeting customers, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and entering them into the point-of-sale system. Serve meals and beverages promptly and accurately, check back during dining, and handle guest questions or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, process payments, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and follow health and safety and sanitation standards.
