Key Responsibilities

•Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers working with distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
•Share and grow technical expertise by staying current with technology trends, experimenting with new technologies, and participating in tech communities.
•Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive end-user experiences.
•Use programming languages and data technologies (JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, RDBMS/NoSQL) along with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS services.
•Mentor other members of the engineering community and help shape engineering practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,400 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 4 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
•At least 1 year of cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
•Experience with at least one of: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
•Preferred: 1+ years of people management experience and experience with Agile practices.
