You orchestrate internal teams, shape the customer’s strategy, and ensure Celonis delivers measurable business value, while engaging C-suite stakeholders in a secure, enterprise-grade transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the trusted advisor to CIOs and CFOs, translating complex technical designs into strategic business outcomes and ROI.
•Data Architecture Strategy: advise on high-performance, near real-time data ingestion strategies (e.g., streaming APIs, Kafka, micro-batching) to ensure the Celonis platform has the right data at the right time.
•Enterprise AI & Governance: architect secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions and champion the Celonis Process Knowledge Graph to ground AI (via RAG) with strict data governance and security.
•Engagement Leadership: mobilize and direct a multidisciplinary team of Applied AI engineers and Data Scientists; bridge between customer and Celonis Product/Engineering to clear blockers.
•Executive presence: present clear, actionable roadmaps to non-technical executives and translate technical concepts into business value.

Key Requirements

•Experience: Principal-level, client-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Account Management or similar)
•Data Integration: strong understanding of modern data pipelines, batch vs near real-time streaming (Kafka, APIs)
•AI Architecture: securely deploying Generative AI in the enterprise; RAG, private model hosting (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), data masking
•Enterprise Architecture: conceptual understanding of modern enterprise stack; SAP experience may be handy
•Executive Presence: ability to untangle complex technical challenges and present clear roadmaps to non-technical executives, with strong German language skills (required)
