Job Summary

Own customer implementations from contract signature through go-live, ensuring delivery on time and within scope. Gather and validate business and technical requirements, define scope, manage delivery plans, and lead kick-offs, workshops, and readiness reviews. Create SOWs and implementation documentation, coordinate work across customers, technical teams, and integration partners, and proactively resolve risks, issues, and blockers while providing clear stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage customer implementations from contract signature through to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
•Review project requirements, agreed scope, technical dependencies, and customer objectives before delivery begins.
•Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation plans, and project documentation.
•Lead implementation kick-offs, project workshops, status meetings, and go-live readiness reviews.
•Manage system integrations, configuration activities, and technical delivery workstreams while resolving risks, issues, and blockers.

Key Requirements

•3+ years' experience in an Implementation Consultant, Professional Services, Technical Delivery, or similar customer-facing SaaS role.
•Proven experience managing software implementations from requirements gathering through to go-live.
•Strong understanding of system integrations and experience working with platforms such as CRM, ERP, DMS, or other business systems.
•Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including producing project documentation, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation plans.
