Job Summary

Own and scale courier delivery growth across EMEA, including defining the growth strategy, prioritizing high-potential markets and SMB/SMB+ segments, and moving from early-stage growth to a structured, scalable business. Build and validate a value proposition, design go-to-market models (sales-led, hybrid, partnerships), and drive unit economics, pricing, and monetization. Lead a 5+ person team and align cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Supply, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the growth strategy for courier delivery across EMEA, including identifying and prioritizing high-potential markets, segments, and verticals.
•Develop and validate a value proposition for SMB clients (100–5,000 deliveries per month), and design scalable go-to-market models (sales-led, hybrid, partnerships).
•Own unit economics, pricing strategy, and monetization models to drive sustainable growth.
•Manage and grow a team of 5+ across multiple geographies, setting goals and building accountability.
•Act as the key interface across Business, Product, Marketing, and Supply teams, aligning roadmaps with market needs and ensuring reliable courier availability and quality.
