Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and inspect incoming shipments for completeness and damage, documenting issues.
  • •Store parts and enter them into SAP; pick items for customer and production orders.
  • •Ship goods by packaging, preparing delivery notes, and creating shipping documents.
  • •Perform customs clearance: prepare customs documents, process customs declarations, and maintain the commodity tariff directory.
  • •Coordinate transport compliance: manage freight forwarding and shipping portals, communicate changes, prepare the annual transport report, and handle filing and distribution of shipping documents.
