Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules to ensure successful EPC delivery
  • •Review project documentation (contracts, project execution plans, scope of work, schedules, resource plans) to define planning and control strategies
  • •Prepare and manage schedules at multiple levels aligned to project objectives, milestones, and client requirements
  • •Create and manage key project control deliverables including master schedules, SBM, resource forecasts, critical equipment tracking, S-curves, and histograms
  • •Monitor progress, identify schedule risks and delays, propose mitigation and recovery plans, and produce project control reports and dashboards

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within EPC projects
  • •Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule development, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
  • •Experience with EPC project phases including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
  • •Ability to develop project logic networks, perform critical path analysis, and manage resource-loaded schedules
