Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support construction activities on a major EPCM project, ensuring Woods values and safe, ethical behavior are consistently enforced.
  • •Ensure C&I construction contractors comply with HSES policies, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures, site instructions, and client requirements.
  • •Ensure contractors strictly adhere to AFC drawings, specifications, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Manage HSES and quality for assigned areas, ensuring work is completed in line with the project schedule and that required resources (drawings, materials, tools) are available.
  • •Develop detailed daily and weekly work plans, monitor contractor timekeeping/discipline, and inform the Discipline Superintendent of schedule adjustments due to site conditions or material delivery constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Vocational certificate, diploma, or a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience on live plant, greenfield, and turnaround/revamp projects in oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, power generation, or similar process industries.
  • •Proven track record managing Instrumentation Construction activities in refinery and petrochemical environments.
  • •Proven experience supervising contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and effective construction execution.
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
