Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure regulatory liaison with local and international authorities for FAOP/FAOC/DG/LVO initial applications and renewals.
  • •Continuously review international regulator standards and requirements to ensure compliance.
  • •Review required approvals for ACMI operations and work with lessors to obtain local and foreign regulator approvals.
  • •Maintain the permissions database with correct data so aircraft are approved/authorized to fly to destinations with operational flexibility.
  • •Support charter flying review, coordinate contracted charter flying, and coordinate ad-hoc aircraft operational events and the EIS program for newly delivered aircraft.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aviation management.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in the airline industry.
  • •Project management experience is an advantage.
  • •Ability to liaise effectively with local and international regulatory authorities on approvals.
  • •Experience reviewing and ensuring compliance with aviation authority requirements.
