Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess long-term repair and replacement needs of electromechanical systems using inspection trends and contractor reports
  • •Support infrastructure modification plans with technical recommendations aligned to asset sustainability and safety goals
  • •Supervise daily, routine, and preventive maintenance activities per approved schedules, ensuring quality through site visits and checklists
  • •Respond to emergency maintenance requests from control centres, departments, and public authorities and coordinate swift action
  • •Generate reports in BMMS and Maximo, feed asset data from new projects or field inspections, and prepare repair estimates, BoQs, and documentation

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in civil technology
  • •2+ years of experience with a Technical/Engineering Diploma (4+ years with an Industrial High School) in a related field
  • •Experience supporting electromechanical systems inspection trends and maintenance planning
  • •Ability to generate and maintain asset data and documentation in BMMS and Maximo
  • •Ability to coordinate maintenance activities, site visits, and emergency requests with relevant stakeholders
