Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AI programs end-to-end, setting direction, defining success, prioritizing use cases, tracking progress, managing risks, and reporting outcomes.
  • •Build and maintain PSE AI solutions, including AI-ready knowledge bases and chat/search/assistant-style access for faster answers and consistent guidance.
  • •Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, models, tools, vendors, and services through pilots, comparisons, and pilots-to-recommendations.
  • •Develop, lead, and grow a small team of AI practitioners to prototype, build, harden, and integrate solutions with real data sources and systems.
  • •Drive adoption in the field with hands-on PSE-relevant training, playbooks, beta programs, feedback capture, iteration, and proficiency/adoption measurement.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of experience leading cross-functional technical programs and delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions through scaled enterprise deployment.
  • •Experience turning prototypes into production systems in an enterprise environment.
  • •A Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Master’s in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related).
  • •Strong understanding of AI/ML and GenAI, including knowledge systems, retrieval, data quality, governance, and responsible deployment constraints.
  • •Ability to translate AI work into business outcomes (productivity, quality, operational performance) and build a clear value case while balancing cost, risk, and change effort.
