Job Summary

Enable the availability of FPGAs, SoCs, and ACAPs by developing and maintaining ATE test programs for new product release and production yield/quality improvements. Collaborate with test pattern developers and product engineers to generate, debug, and implement test patterns, and work on cost reduction and test capacity improvement. Manage efuse operations and analyze large test datasets to drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and continuous optimization with automated dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop ATE test programs for FPGA and SoCs, including constructing or enhancing test methods and integrating timing/levels and test flow.
•Collaborate on New Product Introduction by generating, debugging, and implementing new test patterns with test pattern developers.
•Work with product and yield engineers to implement new test requirements for yield and quality improvements, and support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives such as test time reduction and multi-site implementation.
•Implement and manage efuse operations, including reading fuse maps, maintaining secure burning procedures, read-back verification, and trim/CRC flows.
•Analyze large test datasets to drive yield improvement and failure analysis, and build automated dashboards and reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 65,800 - 94,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of ATE test program development experience and in-depth hands-on knowledge of one or more ATE platforms (Advantest T2000 and/or Verigy93000).
•Proven track record of developing and releasing new test programs to production, with good understanding of test concepts and the new product development cycle.
•Advanced proficiency in Python and C++ for ATE test development, tooling, and data analysis, including libraries such as OpenSSL, NumPy, and Pandas.
•Practical experience with Git for version control and Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
•Strong hands-on Linux skills for development, automation, scripting, and environment management.
