Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with cross-functional teams (procurement, go-to-market, deal operations, marketing) to ensure fast and efficient agreement execution.
  • •Operate the commercial contracting function, including the contracts management system, and support the broader legal department.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, marketing/sponsorship agreements, staffing agreements, and other procurement agreements.
  • •Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks; refine approval workflows and intake processes to continuously improve contracting operations.
  • •Flag non-standard terms affecting product, privacy, or regulatory compliance; escalate to legal counsel as needed, negotiate DPAs, and ensure contractual compliance with internal policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •4+ years of in-house experience, ideally supporting a SaaS or tech company.
  • •Hands-on experience with Procurement, NDAs, Master Services Agreements, and other technology/IP licensing commercial agreements.
  • •Experience with contracts management systems (e.g., Ironclad, Zip, DocuSign).
  • •Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
