Senior Account Executive

Provide operational support for payments participants by onboarding new participants and assisting issuers, acquirers, processors, and network-to-network partners. Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues, support releases through semi-annual coordination, and analyze end-to-end transaction processing to troubleshoot issues and acceptance complaints. This role may require travel up to 10% and involves researching participant needs and supporting business development onboarding efforts.
