Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to developing WSP’s geotechnical business and support delivery of key projects.
  • •Drive geotechnical assignments from idea to reality in close collaboration with field geotechnicians.
  • •Develop innovative geotechnical solutions with ongoing review and knowledge sharing.
  • •Perform advanced calculations and dimensioning, including reinforcement measures, support structures, and stability/settlement analyses.
  • •Participate in projects in both civil works and house construction and help drive innovation nationally and internationally.

Key Requirements

  • •Civil engineering degree or bachelor’s degree with a focus on geotechnics (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience working in geotechnics.
  • •Ability to work structured, thorough, and quality-conscious.
  • •Motivation to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • •Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
