Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 100+ employees responsible for Consulting Delivery and contribute to overall customer success and adoption.
  • •Develop and execute regional strategic plans and define consulting delivery requirements and capacity plans.
  • •Be accountable for annual regional revenue and bookings targets and ensure successful Autodesk solution adoption.
  • •Engage senior customer executives to co-create strategic plans and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • •Attract, hire, and retain consultants; conduct performance reviews, career advancement, succession planning, and implement process improvements.
