Job Summary

Support the Singapore retail network as part of the Asia Sales Operations team, ensuring high operational standards across stores. Partner with the Singapore Divisional Sales Manager to deliver retail priorities, coordinate audits and operational improvements, and manage store communication via Pandora Connect. Oversee store operations processes, support new openings and refurbishments with cross-functional teams, manage vendor maintenance tracking, and produce weekly/monthly operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the key operational contact point for Singapore stores, supporting day-to-day needs and troubleshooting issues.
•Partner with the Singapore Divisional Sales Manager to execute retail priorities and operational initiatives across the store network.
•Support store operations standards, cascade updates and best practices, drive rollout of initiatives and systems, and ensure compliance.
•Coordinate new store openings, refurbishments, and relocations with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.
•Manage vendor and maintenance needs across Singapore stores, handle tracking/validation of quotations and invoices, and compile weekly and monthly operational reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•1–3 years of experience in retail operations or store support roles
•Strong understanding of retail store operations, processes, and standards
•Experience supporting multi-store environments (preferred)
•Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
