Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the single-use portfolio for biopharma production applications, including portfolio management, strategy development, pricing, lifecycle management, and top/bottom line growth management.
  • •Serve as business owner for single-use bag assemblies with P&L responsibility, meeting revenue and gross margin targets and leading all aspects of the business.
  • •Provide competitor, market, product, and capability positioning insights, including forecasting revenue and unit/capacity with planning functions.
  • •Develop long-range product strategies and guide fiscal planning for future positioning, growth, and evolution of single-use products.
  • •Partner with sales and commercial teams on go-to-market execution; drive demand through impactful sales and marketing campaigns, and represent Avantor at conferences and tradeshows.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience with sales and/or marketing experience in the life sciences industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •Experience with single-use technologies for bioprocessing applications and/or technical or commercial experience with single-use products and applications.
  • •Experience with financial (P&L) ownership, business case development, and analytical decision-making.
  • •Ability to operate in a matrixed organizational structure with business-level written and verbal communication skills.
