Lead day-to-day store operations while supporting the store leadership team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Coach and develop associates, drive sales by monitoring KPIs and individual goals, and model customer-focused selling behaviors. Ensure operational excellence across merchandising, visual standards, inventory/shipping processes, and loss prevention. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive, positive store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.
