Key Responsibilities

  • •Use GCSS-A to forecast, procure, receive, account, distribute, and dispose of Government equipment.
  • •Maintain hand receipt accounts and inventories, including cataloging, reconciliations, authorizations/validations, and keeping property records.
  • •Perform initial review of equipment purchase requisitions for Government authorization and processing per AR 710-2.
  • •Prepare and process FLIPL and related documentation/investigations (e.g., DD Form 200, collection vouchers, AR 15-6) in compliance with AR 735-5.
  • •Review monthly inventory reports for regulatory compliance, distribute inventories/validation reports, and recommend PBO SOP updates.

Salary: USD 90,532 - 153,637

Key Requirements

  • •Must have professional working experience (10+ years preferred) and extensive Property Book experience.
  • •Must be G-Army certified and have worked at the Property Book level.
  • •Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance.
  • •Experience with Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A) and thorough understanding of manual property book hand receipt procedures is preferred.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, and stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
