Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio (as applicable), ensuring the Coordinator, Beauty Studio are trained to manage and drive services.
•Ensure Beauty Advisors leverage technology innovations within services to deliver an elevated in-store experience.
•Manage the online reservation system, including publishing availability and classes, and ensure staffing and client check-in processes support increased services.
•Manage all in-store events with the services team, planning and staffing appropriately to maximize client learning and store sales opportunities.
•Lead training, certifications, and development for Beauty Advisors and participate in performance management for issues related to the studio or direct reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop staff to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
•Manage daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio and ensure the Beauty Studio Coordinator is trained to drive services day-to-day.
•Ability to manage performance management situations for issues related to the Beauty Studio or direct reports and ensure timely feedback and follow-up.
