Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Chef de Service of our 4 restaurant outlets, support daily operations, and build a high-performing team that delights guests.
•Foster sustainable customer relationships and work closely with Flughafen Zürich as a partner.
•Collaborate with the local HQ to plan and implement offerings, marketing ideas, and ensure our sales standards are followed.
•Organize and execute events at Circle, Zauberpark, Christmas village, and other occasions; ensure memorable experiences.
•Coordinate cross-concept staff deployments or catering and lunch service, stepping in where needed while upholding values and standards.

Key Requirements

•A completed vocational training in gastronomy and/or hospitality.
•Ideally a business/economic qualification or G2 certificate with solid leadership experience.
•Experience in kitchen is advantageous.
•Strong communication and guest-oriented hosting skills; ability to motivate a team.
•Calm under pressure with good decision-making and proficiency with standard IT programs (Excel, Word).
