Universal Banker- Frostburg Plaza

Provide timely, accurate client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support sales through outbound calling and client outreach, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-trained to assist with new account openings and problem resolution, follow internal controls and risk management policies, and continuously build product and sales knowledge through ongoing training.
