Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead systems engineering activities across complex defence and mission-system programmes.
  • •Drive requirements capture, decomposition, allocation, and traceability.
  • •Lead system architecture, interface management, integration, and verification/validation activities.
  • •Develop and review technical specifications, ICDs, integration plans, test procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • •Provide technical leadership across software, hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and test teams, including engaging stakeholders and mentoring teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of systems engineering experience in defence, aerospace, security, or mission-critical environments.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex defence or integrated systems programmes.
  • •Experience with C2, C4ISR, tactical communications, mission systems, or secure communications.
  • •Strong systems engineering knowledge across lifecycle processes, integration, and verification, including managing technical interfaces and multidisciplinary teams.
