Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a focal point for engineering and technical support queries, providing technical advice to engineering, programme, manufacturing/repair organisations, and customers.
  • •Support product investigations by performing fault diagnosis, repairs, corrective actions, and identifying design/supportability improvements across the product lifecycle.
  • •Administer and maintain Battle Management Network (BMN) environments, including security management, software updates/patches, configuration control, and accreditation requirements.
  • •Maintain a safe, secure engineering laboratory environment and coordinate lab access, equipment configuration/utilisation, and support for test rigs and lab infrastructure.
  • •Provide customer and field support as needed, and contribute to risk/opportunity/obsolescence management while coaching colleagues and sharing technical knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting complex electronic, networked, or mission systems.
  • •Strong hardware fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

  • •Experience working in engineering laboratories or test environments, with knowledge of configuration, asset, and equipment management.
