Job Summary

Support the through-life operation of complex defence systems by providing technical expertise across product support, laboratory management, secure network administration, and customer-facing support for the Crowsnest Mission System. Serve as a focal point for engineering and support queries, diagnose faults and coordinate corrective actions, maintain Battle Management Network (BMN) environments, manage test lab resources, and contribute to reliability, maintainability, and supportability improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a focal point for engineering and technical support queries, providing technical advice to engineering, programme, manufacturing/repair organisations, and customers.
•Support product investigations by performing fault diagnosis, repairs, corrective actions, and identifying design/supportability improvements across the product lifecycle.
•Administer and maintain Battle Management Network (BMN) environments, including security management, software updates/patches, configuration control, and accreditation requirements.
•Maintain a safe, secure engineering laboratory environment and coordinate lab access, equipment configuration/utilisation, and support for test rigs and lab infrastructure.
•Provide customer and field support as needed, and contribute to risk/opportunity/obsolescence management while coaching colleagues and sharing technical knowledge.
