You will coach relationship managers in insurance sales, develop tailored solutions, and strengthen distribution channels in the Shenzhen market. Key Responsibilities

•Provide one-on-one coaching to help relationship managers translate knowledge into practical skills, enhance insurance sales capabilities, and achieve sustained performance growth.
•Support RM in analyzing and diagnosing client needs, designing tailored solutions, and preparing for client meetings; use role-play to improve solution presentation and deal closing.
•Coach on sales strategies for INSH proprietary products; align product features with client needs and integrate service resources.
•Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify core strengths of INSH products and develop sales strategies aligned with client profiles.
•Assist in the development and execution of channel development plans and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize empowerment for distribution channels.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering one-on-one coaching to relationship managers to translate knowledge into practical skills and drive sustained performance growth.
•Strong knowledge of the Insurance business and China practices, with ability to design tailored solutions for client needs.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua).
•Ability to lead, inspire, motivate and develop teams to deliver business performance and be a team player.
•Experience training core competencies across the full sales process, including phone appointments, KYC, policy review and deal closing.
