Job Summary

Architect and lead a greenfield B2C mobile rewards app for players to discover games, track playtime/milestones, and earn real-world rewards. Own the mobile iOS/Android architecture and gamified UX, integrate with Unity’s backend event pipelines and ML attribution models, and manage virtual economies with offline/online syncing. Partner with ML/backend teams on secure anti-fraud tracking and provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and defining CI/CD and release pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect the mobile client for a greenfield consumer rewards application, including foundational tech stack, state management, and app architecture decisions.
•Develop engaging gamified UI/UX components such as daily streaks, dynamic offer walls, progress trackers, and real-time wallet balances.
•Integrate the consumer app with Unity’s backend event pipelines and ML attribution models to optimize expected user value and retention.
•Architect robust on-device state management for virtual currencies/ledger updates with offline/online syncing that preserves transaction integrity.
•Provide technical leadership by mentoring senior mobile engineers and defining CI/CD and release pipelines for a high-frequency update cycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 227,900 - 341,900 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years building native (Swift/Kotlin) or high-performance cross-platform (React Native/Flutter) consumer mobile applications at scale.
•Proven experience building consumer apps with gamification, loyalty programs, or fintech/wallet features and strong DAU/MAU.
•Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, VIPER), memory management, and performance profiling.
•Experience with event-driven systems including asynchronous data streams, real-time websocket connections, and offline-first local persistence.
•Strong UI/UX focus including micro-interactions, animations, and performance in users’ hands.
