Key Responsibilities

•Drive dealer collection activities by identifying problematic accounts, resolving past-due balances, and mitigating delinquencies.
•Perform unit verification actions, including photographic verification and real-time viewing when needed, and advise on verification coding.
•Coordinate and maintain audit schedules with QuikTrak, including reviewing/modifying weekly schedules and correcting errors.
•Prepare and analyze receivable reports to identify problem accounts and implement collection plans.
•Confer with dealers by telephone to determine causes of overdue loans, solicit payments, negotiate resolutions, and recommend collection actions while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-2 years of proven financial, accounting, or collection services experience.
•Customer service experience.
•Good analytical and mathematical abilities.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Excel.
•Ability to comprehend and adhere to operational controls, including compliance with banking regulations (BSA/AML and OFAC/USA PATRIOT Act).
