Lead construction management for a large offshore natural gas development project in Romania. Responsible for the overall contract construction effort, commissioning strategy, safety, planning, cost, and delivery of field work, coordinating head office, site construction and commissioning teams to ensure safe, timely and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all aspects of construction management for a moderate to large contract, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery
•Accountable for the overall contract construction effort and commissioning strategy, including safety, planning, cost and delivery of all field works
•Coordinate and supervise head office, site construction and commissioning teams to provide high-quality support per contract
•Ensure full construction integration into project delivery by coordinating regular engineering, procurement and construction interface meetings
•Engage with other contractors/sub-contractors to ensure seamless site delivery and adherence to HS&E targets

Key Requirements

•BSc in Engineering / Technical Diploma
•Proven role experience in the Oil&Gas Industry
•Proven experience in the management of offshore site construction and commissioning teams
•Eligible to work in EU
