Key Responsibilities

•Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew training.
•Assist in mid- and post-show sorting of recycling, composting, and landfill materials.
•Be available on event and non-event days to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
•Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educating venue staff and guests on zero waste initiatives.
•Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show pick after each event; perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

•Position requires about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting, and carrying 50+ lbs, with about 65% spent sorting materials.

•Ability to work outdoors in variable weather (rain or shine).
•Strong time management skills to show up on time.
•Ability to work long or late evening hours and maintain a positive, team-first attitude.
