Universal Banker

Provide customer service in a retail banking environment by processing daily transactions and opening deposit accounts. Build relationships through consultative conversations, recommending products, cross-selling, and making referrals. Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects to support banking center sales and referral goals, assist with retail loan applications, and resolve account inquiries. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics while supporting daily banking center operations and training.
