Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or co-lead AI discovery, problem framing, and diagnosis with customer teams to uncover blockers to AI adoption and value realization.
  • •Co-design AI operating models and governance (roles, decision rights, pilot-to-production processes) to support secure, compliant scaling.
  • •Drive stakeholder alignment by mapping decision makers, facilitating workshops, and maintaining clear engagement cadences.
  • •Partner with AI Architects and AI Data Specialists to define scope, success criteria, and readiness for AI proofs of value and production rollouts.
  • •Define adoption and enablement approaches (change management, training, AI champions, communities of practice) to build long-term customer capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 6+ years in enterprise consulting, analytics, AI/ML programs, or transformation-led sales with large, complex organizations.
  • •Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from strategy through execution, ideally including AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
  • •Strong problem framing, discovery, and root-cause analysis of organizational and process issues.
  • •Experience designing or refining operating models and governance frameworks connecting technology initiatives to business outcomes and risk posture.
  • •Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills with business and IT leaders, including executives.
