Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-funnel payment performance optimization to improve merchant success and drive business impact.
•Partner with Commercial, Professional Services, and Product teams to deliver data-driven insights, self-service analytics, and scalable automation.
•Provide payment optimization expertise through internal guidance and direct merchant-facing support across risk, authentication, tokenization, and authorization performance.
•Deploy optimization playbooks and analyze across the customer portfolio using existing tools.
•Build and maintain analytical frameworks, dashboards, or tools; also support upselling optimization products such as Protect and Uplift by translating insights into value propositions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Risk, Payment Performance, Data, or a similar role within the payments industry.
•Payments experience is required.
•Fluency in English and Portuguese (both fluent).
•Strong stakeholder management and the ability to define needs and drive impact with customers and cross-functional teams.
•Strong data analysis and correlation skills, including experience building dashboards using BI tools like Looker or Tableau (plus).
