Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform brokerage operations tasks in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • •Maintain accurate records and client information; process and review asset and money movement requests, CIP requirements, new account openings, account maintenance, and reporting reviews
  • •Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and exceptional service
  • •Identify operational risks and process improvement opportunities; assist with workflow documentation and implementation of enhanced processes
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for brokerage back-office functions and partner with Operations leadership and Compliance on special projects, investigations, and regulatory responses

Salary: USD 47,840 - 75,000 annually

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • •Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • •Preferred: Financial services experience; FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses; Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business or related field
