Join the Quality Control team to support StreamCaster MANET product development and manufacturing. You will perform advanced visual inspection, electrical checks, and help calibrate tools onsite at our West Los Angeles HQ, collaborating with Quality Engineers to identify improvements in a defense-focused electronics environment.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct advanced visual inspection and rework per IPC-J-STD 001 standards.
•Perform continuity, resistance, and voltage checks to support root cause analysis.
•Build and repair custom cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and test fixtures.
•Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and test equipment under supervision.
•Collaborate with Quality Engineers to identify process improvements and recurring issues.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED, with 3-4 years of experience in electronics assembly, inspection, or rework; OR an Associate’s degree in Electronics, with 1-2 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field.
•Proficiency in soldering equipment such as hand irons, bottom burners, and hot air stations.
•Familiarity with basic test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supply).
•Proficient in Windows-based data entry and documentation tools.
•Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
