Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PCBA production equipment including SMT machines, reflow ovens, soldering systems, conveyors, AOI/SPI, and ICT/FCT stations.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related equipment issues to restore production safely and quickly.
  • •Deploy/enable maintenance practices using Digital Work Instructions (Maintenance Level1), MMS/MES scheduling, and predictive maintenance tools via Industry 4.0.
  • •Monitor and maintain real-time maintenance KPIs (e.g., RTPPM, MTBF, MTTR) to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and propose corrective actions; support equipment installation, qualification, minor upgrades, and spare parts/inventory coordination while ensuring ESD and LOTO compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably PCBA process and equipment maintenance.
  • •Proven experience across machine installation and in manufacturing process/maintenance departments.
  • •Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and automation systems.
  • •Practical troubleshooting and maintenance experience with SMT, soldering, and test equipment, including brands such as Panasonic, Nordson, Ersa, Takaya, and Seica.
