Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients and prospects on investment, retirement, and insurance products to meet needs and goals within an assigned territory.
  • •Deliver an advice-led financial planning sales process to augment sales opportunities and improve performance results.
  • •Collect and analyze income, assets, and debts to determine client needs and sell and service appropriate products.
  • •Manage existing client relationships, deepen relationships, and identify cross-sell opportunities across lines of business.
  • •Own prospecting by generating leads through self-sourced marketing and sales activities (including referrals, personal contacts, and cold calling) while staying current on regulatory and compliance changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related) or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of financial sales experience, with the trustworthiness and ability to make sound decisions at a faster than average pace.
  • •Current Series 7/63 and Life, Accident & Health licensing required; obtain Series 65 or 66 within 90 days of hire.
  • •Demonstrated success in financial sales with excellent communication, organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • •Technological savvy with above-average working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
