Key Responsibilities

  • •Own critical taskforces and take ownership of critical initiatives to execute the new tech node yield roadmap.
  • •Collaborate with process integration, technology development, and local yield teams to improve new technology and DRAM yield ramp-up.
  • •Support continuous improvement through maintenance optimization plans, including SOPs, manuals, equipment performance, business processes, and BKMs.
  • •Provide training resources and guidance on process and equipment programs, systems, and processes.
  • •Guide and mentor team members, define project alignment for transfers and TTMCY, and provide engineering support to internal teams and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in advanced memory or logic node semiconductor processes, including lithography, dry etch, wet etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, implantation, and metrology.
  • •Strong process integration knowledge and ability to guide technical projects tied to complex process programs.
  • •Proven capability leading complex technical projects, delivering high-quality results on time.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills to influence, motivate, and collaborate with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
  • •Advanced degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
