Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for IAM and Compliance across the CaptivateIQ platform.
  • •Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of platform capabilities in partnership with Engineering and Design, balancing security, usability, and extensibility.
  • •Own platform execution with backlog management, sequencing, and scope ownership to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • •Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Support to understand customer needs and unblock enterprise deals.
  • •Influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment on architectural decisions while respecting ownership of the engineering team.
